- Our dock watch program and dock moving service means you won’t have to worry about your gangway being underwater or your dock floating away with fluctuating water levels
- Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly- whatever your schedule we will work with you
- Close inspection of your dock to make sure everything is in working order. We work closely with dock owners to ensure they are informed on the condition of their dock
- We check on docks in our program after major storms to ensure your dock is safe
- Does not include repairs to your dock
- Dock rescues caused be weather events
Towing

- Vessels up to (not exceeding) 50q feet in length (L.O.A)
- Recreational Boaters Only
- Towing up to 25 miles Inland: $75/Hour Discounted Rate after 25 miles of Towing
- Membership Coverage: Boat Owner and Immediate Family ONLY (Spouse/Significant Other/Children). Member and/or Immediate Family must be onboard the registered vessel for membership to apply
- Fuel and Oil Drops: Time related to service is covered under the membership, however the member pays cost of the products and consumables
- Stuck Anchor Removal (without a diver)
- Soft Un-groundings. (water on all four sides of the boat)

No Membership? No Problem! RipTide Docks & Lifts offers all services to non-members. However, rates may vary depending on your location and your needs. Charges always start when we leave our dock, and end when we return to our dock. There is a one-hour minimum charge for all services rendered.

Membership Exclusions and Terms of Service
Membership Exclusions
- Vessels over 50 feet in length are NOT eligible for memberships.
- Vessels enrolled in membership must have an “running engine” and current registration.
- Memberships do not cover “dock-to-dock” tows, “trailer-to-dock” tows, or “dock-to-repair facility” tows.
Membership Limits
- No hard ungrounding for any membership.
- No salvages or recovery’s.
- Coverage up to 15 Miles towing inland
- Coverage includes three (3) calls for services, regardless of the service. After 3 calls, member must pay standard hourly service rates per respective location. If vessel is being towed for a repeat issue, vessel owner must be able to prove the repair was conducted and is not the same reason for request of towing services, otherwise towing will be billed at normal rate for that respective location.
Membership Terms of Service
- Services that require a diver are not covered under the membership, members must pay $250/hr for diving services.
- If the vessel has 3-inches or more of water in the bilge, and/or is taking on water, the vessel will require a pump out and will be treated as a salvage or recovery and billed to the member accordingly.
- The Vessel’s registration number is required for the membership to be activated, and is required at the time of purchase, otherwise the membership purchase will be rejected, and any funds charged will be refunded to the purchaser.
- If members are intoxicated or a danger to the tow boat, its captain, crew, and/or themselves, RipTide Docks & Lifts reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.
RipTide Docks & Lifts Terms of Service
RipTide Docks & Lifts has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to the following: owner and passenger and crew intoxication alcohol or drug’s, illegal activities, brandishing a firearm, aggressive or threatening behavior, non-cooperation and/or lack of attention, lack of concern for the directions of the tow captain and crew.
