No Membership? No Problem! RipTide Docks & Lifts offers all services to non-members. However, rates may vary depending on your location and your needs. Charges always start when we leave our dock, and end when we return to our dock. There is a one-hour minimum charge for all services rendered.

No Membership? No Problem! RipTide Docks & Lifts offers all services to non-members. However, rates may vary depending on your location and your needs. Charges always start when we leave our dock, and end when we return to our dock. There is a one-hour minimum charge for all services rendered.
Membership Exclusions
- Vessels enrolled in membership must have an “running engine” and current registration.
- Memberships do not cover “dock-to-dock” tows, “trailer-to-dock” tows, or “dock-to-repair facility” tows.
Memberships do not cover repairs to your dock or dock rescues caused be weather events
Membership Limitations
- Hard ungrounding NOT included (Call to inquire)
- Salvages recovery NOT included (Call to inquire)
- Coverage up to 15 Miles of towing
- If vessel is being towed for a repeat issue, vessel owner must be able to prove the repair was conducted and is not the same reason for request of towing services, otherwise towing will be billed at normal rate for that respective location.
- Services that require a diver are not covered under the membership, members must pay $250/hr for diving services.
- If the vessel has 3-inches or more of water in the bilge, and/or is taking on water, the vessel will require a pump out and will be treated as a salvage or recovery and billed to the member accordingly.
- The vessel’s registration number and proof of insurance is required at the time of purchase, otherwise the membership purchase will be rejected and any funds charged will be refunded to the purchaser.
- If members are intoxicated or a danger to the tow boat, its captain, crew, and/or themselves, RipTide Docks & Lifts reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.
RipTide Docks & Lifts Terms of Service
RipTide Docks & Lifts has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to the following: owner and passenger and crew intoxication alcohol or drug’s, illegal activities, brandishing a firearm, aggressive or threatening behavior, non-cooperation and/or lack of attention, lack of concern for the directions of the tow captain and crew.
